There is no better feeling than being appreciated by our clients. This particular customer reaches out to me multiple times a year just to tell me how happy they are with the kitchen we built them and just to see how I am doing. This was a particularly tough year for them and I stopped by to drop off one of our cutting boards as appreciation for being such great people and making my job so enjoyable! ...

Rodger’s Forge bathroom remodel. Pushed back the original dreaded over the stair closet to gain some room, installed custom cabinet doors, quarts counter bottom and roll out tray. Refinished existing cast iron tub and installed floating shelves to match closet doors.

This one was a challenge but I think it paid off. Second time we have been asked to build a shower where there’s a window that I can recall. Don’t worry there is a sheer privacy curtain that goes over the window and it’s on a second level. Window was wrapped with matching marble and sealed for waterproofing.

✨ Just transformed these stock white shaker cabinets with a fresh coat of @benjaminmoore advance paint. Color matched to Sw Oyster Bay and finished with some new hardware! Who knew a little color could make such a big difference? 😍

They don’t make them like they use to. Many houses in our area still have vintage cast iron tubs. Consider having yours restored and saving on the cost of removal and replacement. This tub certainly had quite the transformation.

Creating an all marble bathroom can be a luxurious and timeless design choice. The classic white or grey hue of marble can add a touch of sophistication and elegance to any space. Marble is always my favorite to work with. It’s does require more maintenance being that it’s a natural stone. Proper cleaning and sealing periodically is the key to it staying beautiful for many years to come.

For almost a decade it has been a pleasure to partner with @secondchanceinc a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to offer an amazing service to our remodeling customers.

Customers generally are not aware that items they no longer need or want during renovation can be donated to local charities and saved from the landfill, which can help those in need while also benefiting the clients themselves for tax incentives.

Donating items such as cabinets, appliances, hardwood flooring, furniture and other household items not only simplifies the process of disposing of unwanted items but also supports local charities. Clients can feel good knowing that their contributions can help families and individuals who are less fortunate or need a second chance!

Donating these items also is a tax deduction. We have seen clients receive between $3-$50k depending on donation. Free money for items that normally going the landfill. Clients receive a tax receipt for their donations, which can be claimed during tax season. This not only provides a financial incentive but also encourages clients to consider the impact of their remodeling projects on both their finances and the community while reducing their carbon footprint.

With years of experience in this service we can help guide you through the process and it’s at no cost to the client. All donations are picked up on job site and itemized and a value is assigned to be used as a tax write off. No brainer! For us it’s a great feeling knowing we are helping the community and sending less trash to the landfill.

Sometimes you can’t find exactly what you want so you gotta have it custom made. Recent range hood I designed and had custom made by @moderncopper Wanted everything rose gold matte finish but the straps and hardware to be reflective. Turned out beautifully!

We take silicone seriously! Something that has always driven me personally crazy is when you see a beautiful kitchen or bathroom and someone applied the silicone with their finger or poor method. No matter how nice the materials and cost of the job it looks sloppy and draws attention. Proper application methods can make for straight and clean silicone joints that keep water out and make your project look like it should. We have saved many bathrooms that were failing with a proper silicone application until a complete renovation is in the cards.
